Development starts with the project. The app "HomeCAD" facilitates simple house projection on your device, requiring no specialized expertise. Users can effortlessly create rooms, partition them with interior walls, add doors, windows, facade details, and internal staircases. Multiple floors can be designed easily within the application. All project metrics are automatically calculated. Finalizing the project involves setting the roof overhang value, triggering the automatic addition of the roof by the software. As a result, users receive a comprehensive plan of the structure including detailed metrics, facade views from all four sides, and a concise project specification.

The application also accommodates both metric and imperial unit systems, allowing users to switch between them directly in the project settings.

The HomeCAD app offers Pro-features that require subscription for access. These features include the ability to generate a PDF document based on the created plan, with further expansions planned. The available subscription options include monthly and annual plans priced variably by region. Additionally, users can opt for a pack of three PDF document generations for just $0.99 (price varies by region).

Subscription charges will be applied to the bank card linked to your iTunes account and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current subscription period ends. Subscription management can be performed in your iTunes account settings.
